So I call their 'Premiere' Support line, which routes me to India, where the guy immediately realizes I am calling about a server so he reroutes me to the Dell operator, which is in the Philippines. The Dell Operator takes the same info down that the dude in India did and then transfers me again to the states where I talk to Triage Support and then finally a Systems Engineer.

Part of my job is to send out an email to division staff with stats for the previous week. With this info is usually an image and I try to coincide it with current events/holidays where appropriate. I used this image, and have had several people contact me saying "That's a cool picture where is it at?" or something similar.
I don't have enough facepalms for this...
