ugh, today has had the most suck of any day in a long time...
2 good engineers and 1 very good project manager all resigned today to go to intel. one of the other good project managers is out indefinitely due to chemo and radiation treatment (
she is already missed around here). our chief of engineering is also thinking of going to intel. our site manager is being phased out. these are all good people who have done a lot for me and my career here.
kind of changes my perspective on this interview i've got in tucson this friday.

Okay, I'm comin' to the meet...I need some suggestions on cat-back (I think) exhausts though...running midpipeless is going to get a little annoying over time.

i have absolutely no desire to go to intel... they pay less, require 50 hour work weeks, and probably expect productivity
.
anyway, with everyone leaving it probably could mean a promotion for me. but in an office of 30 people, loosing 4 or so of the top guys is not a good thing. i can't blame the people who moved on though, i've been trying to transfer out of there for over a year now. up until this tucson deal, the only thing that would've panned out in my favor was huntsville alabama which just isn't an option.
