considering I walked into db long before knowing about SRiC. And when my project was posted in this forum, it was flamed..much like nabisco and other places I was looking to obtain information from.

In almost 3 years of business, when I ask new customers what forums they look at, not one has said anything positive of Teh SRiC.
Virtually all of them...several dozen at least...have said they are intimidated by the hazing, flaming, bull**** that occurs here.
