Honestly, I think i'd rather have that screw. Could just fix it.. On the free way I got myself a crack in my windshield and when I got home I dropped a medium soda all over the floor

sidewall or tread?

as long as it's not in the sidewall screws are generally repairable. just don't track the car and be aware that the repaired tire should be considered one speed rating lower (V -> H or whatever yours are).

My windshield is already cracked all the way across.
Hatch is dented.
Fog light shattered.
