I am getting killed by a DoS attack

How can I protect myself from this? Can I report this to my ISP? Are they going to care?

It may be a wireless DoS attack. Any tools anyone can recommend?

If its wireless disconnect your wireless router and connect your computer into the modem directly. It could just as easily be neighbors bittorrenting on otherwise your connection. If its a real DoS call your ISP. It is in their best interest to mitigate it and in some cases figure out who you pissed off so badly.

The best defense against a DoS attack is a freaking huge pipe. Gotta have more bandwidth than they are using. Some ISPs offer a service that is like insurance against this. You only pay for it when you use it but that's more business level than home.
