That's only done when there's someting large in the road...a couch, Twills mom, etc...or if traffic up ahead is ****ed up.

Today's technology is relatively effective and error free so most inaccurate speed measurements are caused by the user.

correct. rolling roadblocks are used to slow traffic down when approaching an accident etc etc. i believe safe speed laws state something about "inclement conditions" which leaves it to the discretion of the individual officer.

you could get a ticket for doing 65 in a 65 in the rain, snow, or if it was extremely windy. hell you could get one for doing it during a solar eclipse.

Well that's great, this isn't WIC(wyoming i-club), so we have to deal with LIDAR
