borla hush with helix uppipe and downpipe

if I had a better video camera back in the day, you could hear the chronic leak too

it is nice and deep sounding at idle, but when you go WOT it screams. I love it because I've had cops pull up next to me at a light, glance at the back end, and then move on

Thumbs down

Asking me to pay damn near what a car cost new... Isnt ok.

To be fair... I wasn't talking to anyone that knew anything.
but honestly, dont try to pressure me by telling me that you have someone coming in... And last BUT NOT LEAST, DO NOT TRY TO RUN MY CREDIT without telling me what the price of the car is/letting me look inside it/drive it/anything.

Lame.

Look. If you're going to put stuff on yourself, and deal with whatever issues, buy whatever crap you want: helix, etc.

But you're not, right? You're going to take a pile of used parts and ask Paul to put them on, and he's going to be pissed when there's issues, you're going to pay for him haivng to figure it out, and you're going to have a sub-optimal setup.

Cheap, fast, quality/reliability: pick two. Seriously, man. Would you trust a production network to a d-link router? Would you trust sensitive data to an old Emachine from the bargin bin?
Good points.

But I might not have Paul do the install (I have some friends that know a lot more about cars than I do). If I decide to take my car to Paul to do the install then I'll chat directly with him about his recommendations, but until then, I don't want to waste his time.

I don't like the perrin uppipe cuz it doesn't have any flex, therefore I've seen a few of them crack before.

And megan...don't get me started on them. (=

its even weirder when they ask to run your credit so you can test drive it (because they have to make sure you can actually afford it when you buy it) when you said you were just killing time in town

I was seriously just killing time from getting my stereo put in until my girlfriend was free for lunch so I stopped and looked at the Solstice (it was when it first came out) and the sales guy asked if I wanted to drive it. I said sure and he said he'd have to run my credit, I said "you know I'm not going to buy it anyway"

LOL, I've heard him complain about people wasting his time, so I'm not going to until I've got the $$$.

So for a decent setup what price range should I plan on (if I go through Paul for the install)?
