Have the fan on one of the windows exhausting the air will be the most efficient use of cooler outside air. Open the other window to let in the outside air.
If you were to have the fan blow the air into the room you will get sllightly warmer air from 'fan heat'.

that reminds me of shady people practicing social engineering.
Someone calls and the receptionist starts giving out more info than necessary to unknown people. Call enough times and you can build a pretty good picture of the internal workings of a company, or at least who does what.
