I wasn't saying it was worthy of being a legal issue, just that it seemed like a poor choice. Given that one of the new shop's components (FIA) was already involved with the NorCal Evo market, the name seems.....convenient.
But what do I know, I just happen to immensely dislike one component of that shop, so that completely invalidates my opinions.
