guarenteed you can bench more than i can. ive never had a strong chest. back in highschool i was only maxing 225 on bench, now ide be lucky to do 200, haha.

my legs are another story though.

Anybody have a lead on where I can score a factory Cruise Control kit? The usual places I would look don't list them.

No...I wish I was near 165lbs...i weigh 200 lol. I've stopped doing heavy weights to lean out so i dont build so much mass.

I use to weight 135 at one point being 6'1... i really started at 140 trying to gain weight... I think im moving my target goal to 195

I havnt tried for a while but probably around 220.... i never have been that great at benchpressing. My legs used to be ridiculous strong too but i doubt it now since i totally destroyed my right thigh when i wrecked the bike- i ruptured it pretty bad so its mostly scar tissue now. A friend of mine was benching 350 when he was a freshman
