Yeah, I feel that. I love having my car as a PA car. Registration is hella cheap, and I don't have to get it smogged every year or whatever it is.

Great... that will be 130 bucks"... me "I already paid for registeration" her "Oh well this is a renewal fee!".... Gotta love california lol

Not to give anyone any ideas, but I wouldn't be surprised if cops started hangining around performance shops. In the same way they hang around popular bars on a Saturday night. Mod your car, roll on out and bang!, pulled over with your hood up. Kinda scary.

she said why, and it sounded logical so i didn't really question it. I figured it's california and they will make up some "Rape you in the *** fee" and tax you on it and you will have to pay the fee anyways

Well, there are alot of STI's/WRX's etc. around Roseville with no plates (since there is a dealership here). Lots of cars in general with no plates And alot of "normal" STI drivers around here. I know of one who is a dentist in town, and i've even see a 50+ year old lady driving around in an EVO...

However, I must be honest and say that I am glad to hear your Camaro was singled out. The Mustang/Camaro/Firebird/etc. kid crowd around Roseville irritates the heck out of me... I've been reved at by them quite a bit, and they all seem to have the same aftermarket exhaust (at least it sounds the same). We even called the police about a Mustang once that was driving around the neighboorhood at like 4am with a loud *** exhaust doing burnouts at the stopsigns...

But of course I'm just talking about the local area IE East Roseville, it might be different in West roseville, and I know it's alot different in terms modified cars closer to Sac.
