hey, can someone tell me the tire pressure for an STi? I have a WRX so the door jamb sticker doesn't tell me the pressure for 225/45-17's

The door jamb tells you exactly what you need to know. The recommended tire pressure is for the car, regardless of tires that are on it (within reason).

The tire itself will tell you the max psi on the sidewall.

then why does the door jamb list pressures for two different sized tires? granted they are fairly similar however
