Miata != VW Cabriolet or Mini Cooper 'vert. At least with a Miata, you can use the "it's my track car" excuse.

riding on the hood of a 10 second car would give you the sensation of riding a sport bike in a straight line.. otherwise they are 2 completely different animals

Pardon me, but what part of "without having riding skills" did you not understand?

Maybe I need to clarify. You can also add "without having the cajones to ride a street bike 'cause your scurred to fly over the hood of a car that pulled a left turn in front of you".

Hey, I might be chicken****, but at least I can admit it.
