"facilities ... wait.. is your toilet backed up.. oh.. ok well I cannot help you with that.. one second.."

etc etc until they hang up.. good fun

I have a HP. it has not given me too many problems.
other then it some how lost internet exployer the day i got my cable installed. that was not too fun.
