Oh yeah, and the delay in getting my money is probably going to cost me a sweet deal on a '96 OBS for cheap.

I'm just going to tell them that they can cut me a check, or the car stays with me. They wouldn't do it any differently. I made it clear to the guy that they don't have permission to tow the car away yet. (I still have to get the SSRs off of it)

make sure the car is behind lock and key, they may want to tow that shyt away in the middle of the night
