they can do all that anyway without pulling you over. who remembers the link to the plate scanner? 3500 plates an hour it can scan i beleive? how bout just looking into your window to see if you are black... they can do that without stopping you too

Yeah that's what I have time for - to have some cop pull me over and give me $5 that I don't need. They should take all that money and keep working on all the blight in that ****ty town.
