WRONG!!!! Astra's are a little too small for police duty, and more importantly wrong wheel drive.. Its the Vauxhall/Opel version of the Holden Commodore/Pontiac G8

When I lived in the UK most of the police cars I saw were actually Vauxhall Astras with the occasional Vectra. The larger motorway cars were Volvo wagons. All FWD. The only RWD cars I ever saw in the fun colours were Jaguars on the motorways very occasionally, and the Transit vans. Not sure what they use these days and of course that vid is from Australia.
