And the Discount Tire Direct manager that called me about my survey response regarding their poor "special order" process isn't there....so that means I'm 0 for 2 on my phone calls for the day

What really bothers me about the Cap One stuff is (A)the rep didn't say "you have these 2 recurring charges from us, would you like to cancel them as well? your credit card will not be completely closed until they are canceled" but of course why would they, thats less potential money for them and (B)when I call theres no option to talk to a rep to cancel the recurring charges! They probably wont let me talk to anyone until the two charges are paid for because they know that people will call and complain that the charges werent cancelled. I may have to pay them and then file a claim or something to get them (and hopefully the previous one) refunded

 

capital one sucks. they report in such a manner that it appears that your account with them is at 100% utilization.


on a different topic, i get to go home at 3 today and tomorrow is a company holiday.

Tell them you're Jewish, you get like 42 holidays then.
