I was going XXXmph down XXX Street, when all of a sudden a XXX subaru lost control and hit me, causing me to go off the side of the road. causing me to hit a XXXX sign, to which I do not remember any of until the car stopped moving. In which case, I got out of the car and saw the accident and was able to put the whole thing together.

How do you not remember ANY of it

Especially if it wasn't a hit and run. He should be able to say what happened based on what he remembers before the accident and the police report....

That is, unless he is "conveniently" forgetting the story

I am diabetic so the people at the E.R. thought that it could have been my blood sugar dropped and I passed out from that also getting a pretty bad concussion. I still dont remember from about half an hour before the accident till a couple hours after.

hmm... sounds like you've mentally blocked out whatever led up to the incident as well.

i'm going to guess it involved picking up a transvestite hooker...

oh well that's not fun, and def. not going to cause any drama. That sucks, I take it it's your fault then? Is this a fluke or something that can literally happen randomly??

It can not happen randomly. I have been sick and that can sometimes cause your blood sugar to drop or even go high. In this case it seems to have made my blood sugar drop. Diabetes sucks. I have never had anything like this happen before and I know how bad it could have been. I am thankful that no one other than myself were injured.
