Cingular can EADIA

i migrated from ATT to cingular this week so i could get a new phone... i get my new phone in the mail today and guess what? no battery, no charger. i call and find out that in order to get any assistance at all I have to activate the new account and sim card. where does that leave me? no working cell phone for about a week.

you cingular, great first impression.

time to dig up an old nokia and start searching for unlock codes.

I'm still with att and am trying to avoid migrating as long as possible. ATT customers get free incoming SMS. Cingular plans bill SMS both directions.
