A place downtown called Goldies has chains, though I'm not sure how expensive they are.

Wait you have a subaru right?

No needo chaino's. It is so rare that an R3 control comes up. When it does you don't need (shouldn't) to be on the road.

Chains tend to mess with AWD cars, unless of course you put them on all four wheels.

Stay safe!

I'd try a Kragen/Pep Boys, etc. Chains should only be like $40.

I have a 98 impreza, and I'm not supposed to put chains on my car- I think you need to get the cable-style, which don't require as much clearance between the tires and struts. It may be different with your car- I'd look into it before making a purchace- possibly a search?
