Car fix rant...

So I went to Gamboa's because I heard they did a decent job in auto body repairs.

Replaced the whole front end and the radiator with some other pulleys and a couple days later, the low oil light goes off. I drive to a nearby gas station, stop and see my engine smoking.

I get out, figure out that the radiator was installed poorly, (obviously because everything was replaced and it blew a huge leak) and that my oil was down a quart. I put a quart in it so the oil level was fine, and now my car is being towed back to Gamboa's to fix the coolant that splashed nicely all around my engine bay.

Keep ya updated. (this is the Gamboa off North D street in Sac).

Well, apparently ANOTHER leak sprung around the same area. I asked to speak with the manager when I got to the place. He got some new hoses, n' radiator cap and so far everything looks good. He got me my paperwork I asked for to and everything was free (cause it shoulda been done right the 1st time, not the 3rd><). So far it's steady.

Ok, well there is still a little bit of a leak on one of the little rubber hoses underneath the radiator cap... could that happen cause the coolant reservoir is filled past the Full line?

If the coolant is over-filled, the excess will go into the overflow tank, not out the radiator cap.
