That is not enough of a difference for me to care. If they are the same mechanically then the price diff. doesn't justify.

Pads:
HPS (what I have right now. no noise, acceptable dust.)
Ferodo DS2500
Axxis Ultimates
I am really most concerned with the opinions of people who have tried the HPS' and can compare them.

I really liked the OE pad. MOT wasn't bad, and they didn't dust or noise much at all. Even better for street though are the Axxis Deluxe Plus. They are a stupid cheap pad, do not dust, and make almost no noise. I have them in my Miata now, and I did probably 25,000 miles with them in my 4 pots. I wouldn't want them for a hard canyon run, but for normal or "spirited" street driving they are up to it.

Sorry, I meant the OE 4 pot pad. Thought you were still looking at those. You probably won't like the D+ either, the coefficient of friction is pretty low... which is how you keep dust and wear down.
Other than the fact they are worn out, did you not like the HPS? If you have no complaints, I'd say stick with 'em.

Personally I don't think the dust is worth it, and the MOT is no great shakes either. Deluze Plus is the only Axxis pad I would buy at this point. Ultimates are the AVS ES100 of brake pads.
