BAM 2013
Prepay Info: (Saves you time, money, and the event coordinators stress)
COST:
PREPAY: $10 per person (PREPAY DEADLINE JULY 21st. DO NOT MISS IT)
Prepays are being accepted now at One2OneDesigns@gmail.com for the event only. Your paypal payment must include... who you are. So I'll need your real name AND your screen name along with how many you are prepaying for. Your name will end up on a form with all of your info.
This includes your wrist band for the event which gets you in and gets you your food and drinks. It will also include 1 raffle ticket ($2 value). As of now I am trying to expand these with a custom one year sticker and possibly a couple other goodies.
AT THE DOOR: $20 per person
FOOD:
Standard BBQ. Burgers. Veggie Patties and probably another Veggie option. Dogs. Water. Soda. Cookies. Chips. Basics. Nothing crazy.
VEHICLE PARKING and PARK COSTS:
We can not help these. We are using state parks and they have their own fees. We can not roll all costs together with the size and style of BAM.
PARK ENTRY: $5 per car
DOGS: $2 per dog
Yes you can bring your dogs. If you've got a non-animal and non-human friendly dog please leave them at home. I don't want to have to choke out someone's dog.

FYI for those who might need to know this...
You'll only need $5 for bridge toll on your way back to Sacramento (going North on either 880 or 680). Going the other direction is free.
Also... for those of you who might need E85 or gas greater than 91 octane, there's two stations in Fremont that provide that. The gas station at the Sunol grade has everything up to 100 and E85. The Chevron at Paseo and Stevenson Blvd. (about 10 minutes away from the park) has E85.
Links are provided for your reference.
Sunol Super Gasoline - Sunol, CA

Could take I-5 on the way home to avoid tolls. That's what I do when I go back to sac.

According to google maps.. taking 5 instead of 80 (to and from Frys) is only 11 miles further.
So half a tank ish? $2.50ish? So save $2.50ish for about a 4min longer drive.
Kind of a push.. Could go either way depending on whats worth more to ya (and specifically where your final destination is).

Yeah... that's what it gets down to.
I like 680 a little better. I feel like it has less traffic on the weekends. 880 isn't bad, but you are going through Oakland and Berkeley and the interstate roads through those areas are rough. Roadwork, potholes, traffic...
And there's a Krispy Kreme in Concord...
