So why all the hate for "tuner x"??

I am just wondering because I read all these posts and it seems everyone is jumping down this dudes throat. Additionally that "tuner x" seems to have a good amount of customers whom seem to like his skills as well.

Why all the bad funk? Is there some sort of past "issues" between other tuners and "tuner x".

I am just wondering while sitting on the fence eating popcorn and throwing salt to the wind.

from what I gather, there was concern that Tuner X was telling prospective customers that their tune was all bad and ruining their engine when, in fact, that was not the case at all. I could be mistaken.

1) Why would Tuner X tune a car with internal issues?
2) If you read back a page or so, theres a story where Tuner X tuned a car that pretty much had a blown engine, to make it run well enough to sell to some unsuspecting person....

that just starts the list.......

and this too

Ah I see.

As far as tunning a car with internal issues. To me if the newer tune helps reduce the overall issues, well obviously I think that is better than running the car with the issues.
Now that seem to be the whole subject in debate here, the tune itself. So if the tune was not bad and tuner X was saying it was just to get business, from what I gather. Yeah then I can see why people are saying what they are.

Oh, I didnt catch the part about tunning a blown engine so it could sell. that is mad shady **** there. I'll go back and read that one.

It doesn't reduce the issues, a new tune just masks them... it's like seeing a leak in a dam and just sticking a piece of bubble gum in the leak.
