Anyone here dealt with EXPO?

Have any of you (or your friends / family) dealt with EXPO for a kitchen remodel, new floors, or anything else that involved contractors and labor?

if so, how did it go? good, bad, ok, etc...

we've got some kitchen and flooring plans and pricing from them (been working with the designer for about 2 months now) and we like the plans, and the pricing seems to be pretty decent. if we sign them this weekend we save 10% on kitchen materials which adds up to a sizeable chunk of change. but, now that it's time to sign, we're doing the natural thing... starting to get cold feet.

they seem to be a step up from Home Depot on everything else, but i'm leary about the fact that it's still a Home Depot...
i've heard nothing but nightmare stories about HD flooring installs gone wrong...
my pop's works for a flooring company and he has customers who go with the "cheaper" HD price, then call him a month later to have one of thier installers fix the shotty work the HD guys did...

if you go with them, i hope they use contractors & subs that are nothing like the ones the standard HD uses...
