anyone Discgolf?
anyone Discgolf?
So does anyone here discgolf? There are courses in Auburn, Grass Valley, Penn Valley, Santa Cruz, 2 in Tahoe, and 1 in Truckee. You see the yellow basket in the left of the picture. That is what you throw the disc into. The bag on the side of my car is full of disc so you won't have to buy any if you come out with me. That picture was at a Tahoe course.
I's like to hit up some courses this summer with some of my fellow i-clubbers in the sac area!

There are some hippies but not very many the places I go. It's mostly 18-30 year old males with decent jobs looking for something to do in the mornings during the weekend.

I know there is also a course in Rockland(sp), I can't remember if it's 9 or 18 hole now.

yUP, it is right across the street from my house, although I have never played, looks like an interesting sport.

always viewed is as a hippy "rage against the machine" of the sport of golf.
all my dad's friends are into it...
funny stuff.
it's the best place to go mullet hunting or see vintage 80's rocker band T's.
with that said...i'd play a few rounds just to say i did...
i'm sure it has it's amount of fun...of course i don't drink PBR so i may not enjoy it as much as the rest.
