I saw the 08' pics and threw up in my mouth....Daimler grill? WTF? I'm MOPAR guy and I hate that friggin grill. Just put some Viper cross-hairs on it and be done with it.
The tailights suck too. Passenger side exhaust? There goes the instant bolt-on aftermarket goodies...maybe I'll wait until 2010 to get a new STI...
Though, the hot-hatch will help them in WRC, I think that is their motive.

That looks like WRX, not STi.

I'd hit it, two times. I like it, and after redding the tails and putting it on some better wheels, it'll look hot.

 

And, that dash is hot. Check out the fat tach in the center. Driver focused, the way it should be.

I really like the interior. The hood scoop looks nice too. I'm not to hip on the basic shape but will hold judgement until I see the STi version.

 

Looks like you'll need to replace the bumper if you want a FMIC.

And replace the hood if you want a bigger scoop.

It looks okay overall, but not something I would buy as a Subaru. The thing I don't like the most is that it *appears* that the versatility and cargo space of the wagon is gone. No roof racks and a much smaller "trunk" FTL.

But the interior does look a lot nicer.
