Update on the Laguna date:

We just received a call from Laguna Seca and our day is now moving from Tuesday, March 21 to Monday, March 20. This is an unplanned change that we hope allows more of you to attend. The fact that it's a Monday means that you'll have less down time during the work week, and will only need to take 1 day off of work vs. 2.
In addition, we're now opening the registration for this event to ALL Intermediate and Advanced Car drivers. WHY? Sign-ups for motorcycles have been poor, and the original single car run group sold out yesterday, we're converting this event into a 2 car run group, 1 bike run group event 'IF' we can get enough of you car drivers to join us! This will also allow us to offer the waitlisted drivers a chance to run the track, and allow us to move to dedicated Advanced and Intermediate run groups. The change to the 2 car and 1 bike format will be driven by the car sign-ups.
If you've got renewed interest in this event, register on-line or reply to this message indicating that you would like to attend.
Also, those that can make dinner on Sunday night March 19 can join us for a pasta feed at Joe Rombi's restrauant in Pacific Grove. A good time and a very affordable multi-course meal for about $25 a head!
Thanks, and we'll keep you posted on the progress of registrations. Spread the word far and wide so we can keep this thing 'in the black' and pay the bills!
Regarding our up-coming T-Hill event on March 10th.... MORE TRACK TIME! We're changing this event from a 4 run group format to a 3 run group format. This will get you 2.5+ hours of seat time! We still need a few sign-ups fo this event, so put on your blue suede driving shoes and come out and put them to work!
Best regards

Trackmasters Update:

Greetings TMR Drivers,
It's time again for a Trackmasters Racing event update! Mark your calendars, and we hope to see many of you at a future event. Here’s the latest:
June 23rd, Thunderhill - This event still has many openings, so if you're thinking about it.... We have space! We're running the course in the opposite direction and over the bypass at Turn 5. This is a lot of fun if you haven't experienced it before. Come out and drive a completely new track! Price: $235 and includes continental breakfast and lunch.
July 21st, Infineon/Sears Point - This event is just about sold out, but we do have a few spaces left. If you've already registered, then you need to make sure you get your payment in ASAP! If you've recently registered, then we'll send you a note confirming your slot, or a notice that you're on the waitlist. We're also running an autocross in the back paddock at this event, so spread the word! This should be another great day of legal speeding in the paddock and the track! There will also be a large number of NSX drivers at this event. Price: $335 and includes continental breakfast and lunch.
August 11th, Thunderhill - The format for this event has changed. Our friends at NASA are running a race weekend on Aug 12/13 and they don't have enough time between both days to satisfy all the race groups planned to attend their event. That said, and being a good track citizen, TMR has agreed to give the date to NASA. HOWEVER, we have arranged to have our own dedicated TMR run group for TMR members only! This run group will be considered one of our 'Mixed' run groups and will consist of Intermediate and Advanced drivers with unique passing rules for each. Safe, Sane, and more track time and space on track than the NASA drivers will get throughout the day. This event will open for registration by this Sunday, and will sell out quickly. Again, this will be TMR members ONLY!, and no NASA participants will be mixed in with our group. (4) 25 Minute sessions + Lunch for less than $200!
September 8th, Thunderhill - Another awesome weather Friday in Willows, and track conditions should be perfect. This is a Friday before a NASA race weekend, so we will be running an 'Advanced Racer' run group along with our normal Novice, Intermediate, Advanced groups. Price: $235 and includes continental breakfast and lunch.
September 16th/17th, Laguna Seca - You're going to love this one! Saturday and Sunday at Laguna! Only one other club has Laguna in the 2nd half of the season, and their date is mid-week. We'll be running cars and motorcycles at this event, throwing a big BBQ party in the paddock on Saturday night, and we also get to drive the newly paved racing surface! Last year's Sept event was also T-Shirt weather! (even at night!) We're working out the final details with Mazda right now and expect to open this event for registration in mid July. It will sell out within a day, so look for the notice in your e-mail. Price: TBD, but we will have a discounted rate for 2 day attendees.
October 6th, Infineon Raceway/Sears Point - Another great date at Sears Point. This event will also have a run group of Exotic cars. So, if you know anyone with an exotic car that they drive or just wax, this will be the run group for them! VERY tight rules on course for this Exotic Run Group, which will keep drivers and vehicles safe. If you know anyone with a Ferrari, Astin Martin. GT40/Ford GT, Carrera GT, Pantera, Lambo, or any other worthy exotic, let them know about this event! Price will be $300 or less and includes continental breakfast and lunch.
October 27th, Thunderhill - This is probably one of the best months of the season to run Thunderhill. Temperatures in October are usually very mild and conditions will be ideal. This event will feature numerous Porsche 914's and an 'Advanced Racer' run group for NASA race testing. Normal direction around the track. Price: $235 and includes continental breakfast and lunch.
4th Annual Season Closer! Sunday, November 12th, Infineon/Sears Point. This event will feature on track driving as well as our typical Autocross in the back paddock. This is a very popular event and a great way to close the season out before the holidays. Price will be $300 or less and includes continental breakfast and lunch.
Again, mark those calendars and come out and play!
See you in the paddock!
