We will be having our second annual Car Clinic / Car Show / Customer Appreciation day on Saturday July 26th. We will be doing free inspections and estimates. There will be free food and refreshments throughout the day. If you are concerned about the oil leak that is growing in the drive way or that noise you only hear when you turn left while going over a bump, this would be the perfect opportunity to have it checked out while you enjoy a free lunch. There will also be a Car Show from 9AM to 3 PM with 3 levels of prizes (overall only, no best interior, best wheels, etc). The car show will be held in front and east side of the building. We will have major discounts on products in stock and special incentives on products that are special order. We will also have venders on hand to discus their products and do demonstrations. Venders include: Valvoline, BG, Edge Guard, Eagle One, TEC (Turbocharger Engineering Corp.), and SNAP-ON Tools. Please check our FLAT4 forums for additional information.

We will be posting our show specials in our forums. You can access them through our web site under forums, FLAT4 specials. Items listed are overstock, close out, discontinued (at least by us), or returns. If you see something you like let us know. Any reasonable offer could be accepted, so give us a try; the worst that could happen is we say no. We are planning the event currently and have all the give-a-ways set as well as other prizes. We are also planning another Easy Street Motorsports car show / pre-race meet / BBQ on Sept 6, the day before the drags. We will post more on this later and have information available at the July 26th event. We hope to see many of you there.

Just wanted to thank everyone over al Mike Shaw for another awesome meet. I am looking forward to the meet when Easy Street will be there. Thank you and keep up the good work.

For those that attended our show or those that participated over the Internet:

Thank you very much. We had an excellent turn out by our standards (sales, contacts, referrals, etc.). We sort of cancelled the car show do to lack of participants though. In the future we do not think we will be offering an actual car show. It seems that some people are a little intimidated and did not show up because they thought their cars were not “show quality”. We are sorry if they got the wrong impression. Everyone was welcome. We just like having a time and place for everyone to meet, introduce them selves, and look at others cars, have fun and buy things (if you need or want what we are offering). This also helps our Subaru reps understand whom their market is and how to better serve them. It also helps us we learn what parts our customers are after and if we can provide them with it. We will have another meet Sept. 6th with Easy Street Motorsports. The 6th is the day before the Import Drags so we expect a larger turn out and the guys at Easy Street are very helpful with give-a ways, prizes and information. We are now carrying their full line of parts as well as the TRP (Tony Rigoli Performance) parts.

These events take a lot of time and expense to put together. We would like to have one per quarter but we will have to see how the next event goes. We hope to see you there.
