Is the Canada GP next weekend blacked out?

My DVR only shows listing for practice and qualifying, no race. Anyone know if the actual race is blacked out?

Oh, yeah, I did research

It turns out TSN has had exclusive rights for airing the Canada race in North America, but they've always let Speed air it anyways. This year they decided to enforce their ownership of rights (or maybe demanded more money from Speed) but have still allowed Speed to air the 2nd practice and qualifying because TSN doesn't air those anyways. I don't have TSN, but supposedly they don't air the driver interviews post-race either

I'll be downloading the BBC airing.

(This is what I've read on the interwebs)

It's showing on regular Fox in my local area (San Jose). YMMV...

Don't be surprised if the next few races are also on Fox (w/ P2 and Qualy on Speed) -- they seem to do this every year. Good news: same broadcast team as Speed. Bad news: it's a tape replay capped to 2 hours (no pre race, etc.)

It's usually pretty easy to find a BBC stream online during the race. BBC is the best IMO.

I'll probably just torrent the BBC version and watch it on the PS3 later.
