my PSP is 1.5 firmware, and im trying to source a 2nd used PSP if anybody is selling one! im a PSP noob so any other cool tricks hacks and stuff please enlighten me
with xlink kai i've seen tons of people in the PSP room playing online against each other. i hope they also support tekken

xlink rocks, i currently play GT4 on the PS2 online with a few people on here.
here's a hack i found that tricks the 1.5 firmware into thinking it's 2.5.

i used to use xlink kai for xbox games. i never used psp stuff cause i didnt have a wireless network at the time.

After you've converted the video, there will be two file outputs. One is under the extension .mp4 and the other is under THM.
Once the video has been converted, created a file called 'mp_root' on the root directory of PSP. Say 'W:\' is the psp memory card,
you must create:
W:\mp_root\100mnv01\
One more step. You must rename the .mp4 file to 'M4V*****.mp4'. the ***** can range from 00001 ~ 99999. Do the same to the .THM file.
Now, place the renamed and newly converted mp4 file in to the directories you've created.
W:\mp_root\100mnv01\M4V00001.mp4
If that doesn't work, try putting in the THM file as well --> w:\mp_root\100mnv\M4V00001.THM
Now you should be able to go under 'movies' and enjoy your desired clips / full length movie.

is there a hack for the dvd region. been thinking about getting the ceramic white, instead of the regular black color, in taiwan. Is it really worth getting one in the asia area. Price is $235 for the pack( w/mem card and earphones).
i can get a ver1.5 out here in tawain(american version). its it really worth getting? all i want to do is pay some games and save some dvd to the stick and watch them when i'm always on the plane to china or taiwan. The price for these 1.5 is just over $300. Or should i just get the white psp and wait for someone to hack it.
