We are sad to report that we must cancel the rally school and rally-x scheduled for Saturday, September 18 and 19 in Ridgecrest, California. Our apologies to the students, competitors, and instructors that were looking forward to the events. We are contacting those who paid entries, individually, to arrange refunds.

Our decision was made because of the low entry for both events. To date, only 8 people signed up of for the school with only 7 entries to the rally-x. This falls far short of meeting the fixed costs for the event site rental, water truck rental, and insurance required to conduct the events. We delayed this decision until today, hoping for last minute entries but in the last 10 days we received only two rally-x entries.

We understand that scheduling with the Colorado Cog Rally and Prescott Forest Rally being so close no doubt has effected many people's ability to take part in these events. The Spring rally school and rally-x, held in February, has always had an excellent attendance and will take place on February 26 next year.

Our thanks to the many instructors that volunteered to assist at the school. We look forward to seeing you all at the next school on February 26.
