hey wait, so do we need a rollcage and all the pro stuff for this? Or can I just drive my WRX bone stock from my garage with a helmet and go bonzai?

It says we need welded rollcages in the rules section...just wondering.

for the school you don't. at least that's last year. i believe rollcage is only required when you are in club/performance rally.

i think some people went without any of those. The ground is very nice (relatively speaking ). Not a whole lot of rocks, mostly dirt. You would want to have mud flaps and plastic/rubber floor mat. During school, they kept the skid pad pretty darn wet (read muddy).

Maybe some "*heliocopter tape" or duct tape over wax around the fender wells etc. Most go with nada. Lotz o fun and you will learn a lot.

*Heavy gauge mylar adhesive tape. Used on Helio leading edge rotors in dust/dirt conditions.
