camera help!!! NOOB WARNING!!!
from what i have read which i am not 100% sure about but some bodies do have an auto focusing motor and some have them in the lenses. like the d90 has the AF in the body and the d40 has the AF in the lens... and by having the AF in the body your lens selection is much better and the lenses are cheaper.
correct me if i am incorrect!!!
example, D5000+ AF lens ,you cant auto focusing

It is all Nikon or Canon............. but we know Canon is better

Market share doesn't come overnight. Canon and Nikon have been in the SLR industry for ages, so of course they are going to have a large market share. Sony is still incredibly new (6 years now?). Look at how fast their lineup is expending, technology is expanding, and how many third party companies are making products for the Sony lens and flash mounts. Judging a company purely on market share is a very one-dimensional judgement.

I only win because I haven't had to buy the adapter yet
Once I go wireless with the strobes I'll probably get the Paul C Buff triggers due to price and the fact that I know they can be triggered from the sync port.
Back on topic... I do actually want to check out the ***!
