I currently go to school at WWU.

I have been to WSU, Olympic College, Cascadia College, and WWU. That's not all that many.

You just run the heat and ac at the same time with a free heat source and free ac. Having the heat and ac on at the same time will bring the efficiency ratings way down and energy bills way up. But there are dehumidification systems out there.
