I like the fact that a co-worker of mine couldn't manage triple digits on that test WITH help (from a manager at the office, no less!).

I got a 129.
I like the guy at Les Schwab who cross threaded a lug on my truck and then used the impact wrench to make sure it went on tight. Damn dude, if you can't thread it on by hand PERHAPS you shouldn't force it.
2.19 later I installed a new stud. I'm going to send an invoice to Schwab for a lug nut and stud.

nope man, you're hosed. You shoulda called 'em the SECOND you found out your lug was cross threaded. Now they'll play extra defensive and say that they have no way of knowing if that was really their guy since you waited to contact them.

Don't send them the invoice, bring in the stud and lug in on a busy Saturday morning or afternoon and cause a commotion in the lobby. They will pay you off gladly just to shut you up in front of the crowd of customers. When they ask you back to the office to discuss it, refuse and keep it public.

I was actually planning on just wandering in with the hosed stud and matching hosed lug nut to ask them to replace the nut and to perhaps retrain their tech on proper lug nut installation procedures.
He also put the caliper retainers on upside down.
