Ditto, I got the blitz axleback and an hks downpipe. You get to keep the stock resonator and it doesn't make the car crazy loud like most blitz exhausts are. On the blitz cat back you lose the resonator. Oh and you should pay around $350 to $375.

It depends on what you want out of an "exhaust system." If you want just sound, might as well get only an axleback. The Prodrive is great, but there are other options as well, such as the two TurboXS axlebacks, and the Blitz of course. You should only pay about $400 max for an axleback.
However, if you want more performance, you can get a large number of different catbacks for $100-150 more, or even better if you buy someone's used catback. There's too many out there to list, but you can get one with a larger resonator pipe than stock, which will help your performance. Getting a full catback will give you a slight power gain over getting just an axleback, plus you'll have no problem bolting it up to an aftermarket downpipe.
If you just go with an aftermarket downpipe that replaces both cats, you'll get the maximum performance out of all the options. A lot of people use the TurboXS stealthback, which replaces both cats but lets you keep your stock axleback, or put a different one on. The TurboXS stealthback + Prodrive axleback is an EXCELLENT combination.
