So as long as tint didn't interfere with the color of the lamp (red is red is red legally) and as long as it was still bright enough to see, you should be good.
But that's only in CO.
why not just take your flat black fetish to your interior trim. I did satin black and it came out great. It looks a lot nicer that the cheap silver that Subaru gives us. The good thing is that you can rip it all out and still drive the car, no matter how many times you mess up. Krylon fusion works great. Oh and your car looks great, you and I seem to share the same respect for subtlety.

It's crazy to look at this picture the day I brought it home

and now

btw wieghed my car last night and with fuel and without me it is just under 3100lbs.

among other things.... headlight housings are gunmetal vice chrome,rims have sti on them and the bolt patterrn diff is pretty obvious,the sti stickers are different, the badge is a different color,more like red... some other stuff to
