I have the 2002 Subaru wrx manual. I put the clutch down and I turn the key and very rarely does it turn on but most of the time it just clicks once and that's it. I have to push start it. I Replaced the battery and the starter and still nothing. I uncovered the panel under the steering wheel and a crap ton of stuff taped and thrown together half ***. Previous owner electrical taped a viper alarm system in. I don't know how to check if that's the problem. Also in the wires I found a relay just dangling. I tried doing some research on it and a thing called bosch relay mod came up. I also don't know how to check if that's the problem. Any ideas
