When that changes I may opt for a bigger turbo et al.

I just finished installing the oil cooler last night as well as a digital video recording system - just in time for this Friday's track day.

A couple of pics from the last event, Thunderhill 5/13/05. You can see the oil cooler (behind the STi badge) installed (which is why my Supertones got moved down).

I just read the entire thread. Job well done. What kinda times are u pulling around Thunderhill? Also, have u removed anything to lighten the load? And do you notice a difference with your wife riding shotgun opposed to when she isn't?

What are these "R Compounds" you speak of? Not too bad with the times. The person whos film you posted had a pretty nice line. How fast do you get going on the straight before turn one?
My friend and his dad race lay-down go-karts up there. They run about a 2:00:00 lap time and can get to 130mph on that straight. Pretty sweet with 35 horses.

R compounds = super sticky track tires. I'm running shaved Yokohama A032R's.
By the time I puss out at the end of the straight I'm doing anywhere between 110 and 115 mph. If I naiil turns 14 & 15 right and stay in it to the end, I'll hit close to 120.

That's crazy, I wish I could have seen that guy go flat out. reason I ask is the go karts can, I was curious in the handling differences. I know they're differnt, I was just curious how extreme.
