pretty much....even though I live on the outside of the tokyo area traffic still blows and makes it feel like the southbay to compare it. Track days here are a couple hundred bucks for a few hours...not a whole day like at thunderhill and with me walking to work more so than driving I can't justify spending the money on those kind of parts then a tune. One day I'll get a GT30 though
