haha. You should of seen the first initial drop. It was slammed like a Honduh. I actually had to raise it a little because it was oversteering. Hope to see you at Hammy.

Just got paid. So... going to look for a good deal on the lateral links and subframe bolts.

I am looking for the Whiteline lateral links, KTA107 or KTA108, and Whiteline subframe bolts. Should do it for that stubborn right wheel. If anyone finds something, please let me know.

Got a flat tire at Hammy. This space reserved for update later.

Edit:

It was a pretty exciting day today, it being Mt. Hamilton and all. For those of you who don't know, Mt. Hamilton is the BAIC's annual Subaru meet on massive amounts of steroids.

I guess I'll have to start the bad news first. Bad news was on my way up to Hammy, I got a flat tire. It punctured in the sidewall, so the tire is pretty done. Dang. There was no cell reception on the hill. I was lucky enough to wave down a passing Subaru for help. We got the spare tire on and was able to get to the picnic area. I am kind of happy and sad. The good news is that I get to buy new tires. The bad news is that I get to buy new tires. Haha. RE-01R's. Yay!!

The good part of the day was Hammy. Saw lots of people. Talked to a bunch of peeps. Caused a lot of trouble. Doing all the things we usually do at Hammy!!

I got the Newbie Postwhore Award. Hella awesome.

So here is my little speech.

Just want to give out shout-outs to everyone. So many people to thank. Let's see. All the shops and their guys, SD, GST, SpeedElement, and AI. I am sure I am missing a few. Can't forget all you guys that helped me with installs, or PM'ing links for parts. All the Install Fest guys. Car meet guys. Thanks to everyone. Yup.

Yeah. I'll just run on my other set for Slush. When the regular season rolls around, I'll go ahead and drop the money for the RE-01R's.

Edit: Man... that donut looks ugly. Anyone that has wheels that they can loan me for a week? Anyone?

I'd lend you one of mine but that would mean I'd have to run on my race set.

Hehe. I think it'll be cool. I looked up the prices of the tire on Tire Rack, $130. I am not sure what I am going to do. I might buy another one and have it shaved. I think they are a pretty good set of tires. I'll call AI tomorrow and see how much it would run me to replace it. If it is cheap enough, I'll change it out. If not, I'll try to borrow a set of WRX stockers or something.

Haha. After I learn to drive.

Haha. The honest answer is after I graduate. The clip alone is financially out of reach for awhile. I am trying to set up a good suspension set-up at the moment. Still got all these other things to do first though. There always seem to be something that goes wrong with the car. But that's half the fun. I think it is a good platform though. I can get my car to slide... hella awesome.

So... here is the order of next upgrades and/or fixes:

1. Borrow Wheels and Tires
2. Order Front Camber Adjustment Bolts
3. SubFrame Bolt
4. Rear Lateral Links
5. Alignment
6. Brakes (all four corners)
7. Tires for the second set or replace the single Goodyear F1 Eagle.

$$$ - Ouchy.

I am also thinking about putting on magnetic decals next season for auto-x. I got a ton of help from a bunch of vendors/shops. SD, GST, and a bunch of others. Got to give credit to those that have help get the car to where it is today. I do have decals on the car, but they are all on places that are hard to see unless I am parked.

+1 to x002x who trailered the Chick Magnet up to Davis for me. He was going up to Sac to get his friends truck and I told him that I needed to get my car up there, and he was like... I can trailer it. So, that's what I did. I replaced my other set with my all season set and those are the ones on now. Pheww... that's done with. I can now cross off #1 from above. I think I'll try to do #2 and order #3 and #4 this week.

Hopefully x002x will post pics later.

Just ran by GST Motorsports and grabbed a pair of Whiteline Subframe Bolts. Hopefully, that will help with why the alignment is funky. You figure after 10 years and 125,000 miles, something has to be not lined up with the subframe.

Just a never ending list of things that need to be done to the car.

+1 to Leo (StupidDent). He did a great job detailing my hood. As some of you know, it was in horrible shape. It looks a lot better now.

Before's and After's:

A huge improvement.

Yeah. I am thinking whether I want to try to save the current set of Goodyear Eagle F1 GS D3's or whatever, or lay down the money for the RE-01R's. I think the RE-01R's would be a better set for Auto-X and the track, but that'll require me to run a street set. I guess we'll have to see.
