From zero to hero! Anyone interested in a turbo swap?

Hello all,
I want to swap my Forester back to stock and with AHQ's tuner Shiggy coming back to the bay in April, I came up with this crazy idea! A full swap for someone with a taste for authentic JDM power!!!!
The only parts we will be truly swapping is the intake manifold/tgv/fuel rails hopefully in one piece!
Price is for the parts only. Labor for the intake manifold swap will be split, and needs to be preformed by Kevin at AHQ, as that's the only person that touches my car.
I know more details need to be worked out, and they will be discussed on a personal basis.

Lets go $5k as a starting place.
Parts included are:
HKS GT2835 Twinscroll turbo ($2000)(IF you can find one!!)
HKS Twinscroll Headers and Up pipe ($1200)
HKS Catted 3" downpipe ($800)
Fujitsubo Legalis R Exhaust ($900)
Process West TMIC ($900)
JDM Subaru BOV
STI intake manifold gasket matched($300)
gasket matched/tgv deletes($300)
APS fuel rails($600)
Nismo 740cc fuel injectors($700)
Fuel pressure regulator($150)
HKS EVC 6 boost controller($800)
Custom 3" BIG MAF tube($200)
Blitz Aluminium Intake filter ($90)
SPT intake heat shield ($90)

Thanks for looking!

Unless I'm missing something, some of those prices are outrageous...especially in 2012 on this forum.

But to give him the benefit of the doubt, I am guessing the last time he bought parts or saw prices like that was in 2005.

Actually my prices listed in are cheaper than now, as yen to dollar conversion is horrible and cost on shipping from Japan is really high!

I just couldn't afford the JDM kirkland battery. It's rumoured to give at least a 10hp/25tq gain!
