yes, true.

reason is in kalifornia, the rules say you can only buy ONE handgun per 30 days...

no limit to longuns though on the DROS (dealers sale of record) form...


on person to person transaction, only the BUYER needs to be checked since the law makers ASSumes that the seller got their firearm LEGALLY, in the first place, so no check is done on them.


sigh... the firearm laws in this state can make your head spin...

20 rounds of .223 remington at walmart goes for about $6.50.. pretty decent ammo. no problems at all.
