who wants an AR15.??

i know im gonna regret even trying this but who wants to trade me for my built ar15?

here are the specs...

STAG complete upper minus bcg.
RRA complete bcg
SUPERIOR ARMS lower
DOUBLESTAR lower parts kit
PRINCE50 maglock $25
C.A.R. 4 position Fiberlite stock w/buffer & spring
AIMPOINT MP2 replica
high mount for ^
2 bushmaster mags

*YES, IT IS CALIFORNIA LEGAL AT THIS MOMENT...

im willing to trade for a vf-series turbo, sti pink injectors and a walbro fuel pump... anyone interested? i dont really want to do this but i need to clear my "almost cali legal" collection in order to be on the safe zone for my backgrounds investigation.. i'm in the police academy and don't want to deal with answering questions in regards to why i built it, where i got the parts, what was my intended use for such a weapon, and so on.... so yeah, just thought id try here. if no takers then ill just take it apart and keep it...

*forgot to mention. this is a legit transfer of ownership, meaning transfer has to be done at an ar15 friendly dealer. i can take the rifle apart if needed. i built the rifle myself so i know it by heart. there has been aprox. 250 rounds shot with no jams at all.

exact picture of gun is attached.

How? Do you have to load all ammo into the reciver? the very things that make an AR cool are the same things that CA law hates.

prince50 mag lock allows u to drop the mag with the use of a tool. this is what makes it "sorta" legal.. in calguns.net there is a big debate on this law. although it clearly states that it is legal if it requires a tool to remove the mag.

california gun laws suck.

sell if you can. I am in Kuwait till December and might be tired of carrying an M16 by then. if it is still available then I might pick it up.

How do private party sales for rifles work? Do you have to transfer this through a FFL?

folks,

OLL will still be available til the end of time.

trust me, right now, it's a good time to be a gun owner in kalif since the stupid ban in 2000.

you can buy now, or later.

right now, the state of kalif, and it's DOJ pretty much lost the case to ban these...

they are trying like heck, including committing perjury in getting a search warrant.

but in the end, LEGAL GUN OWNERS will win.

yes.

even BIG 5 will do PTP transactions.

you pay the fee to do a background check on the buyer. wait the 10 days (10 24-hour periods to be exact) and bam... you got yourself a new firearm.
