TW: Built 07 STi Engine for a Stock 07 STi Engine
The motor is MINT, and has only 3k miles on it. The first 1.5k were break in miles and the other 1.5k has just been commuting, barely seeing boost if at all. Compression is perfect across all 4 cylinders.
The motor was built in Texas by my motor builder. Here are some specs, I think I am leaving a few out:
1. Wiseco Forged Pistons (100mm bore)
2. Hand Filed to fit Wiseco Rings
3. Polished and deburred STI Rods with ARP rod bolts installed
4. Deburred STI crank
5. Balanced Rotating assembly
6. Deburred block internally
7. Cometic Head gaskets
8. ARP head studs installed and triple torqued
9. Heads were cleaned, slightly polished, 5 angle valvejob performed, lashed at tip height to .010 intake/ .012 exhaust lash for high rpm( high horsepower usage) and all valves were lapped into their seats by hand
10. 2008 STI oil pump (blueprinted)
11. New O rings were utilized everywhere
12. Rod bolts were also triple torque cycled for proper torque retention
13. Micropolished Crankshaft
14. Gates Racing Timing Belt
15. ACL Race Bearings (Coated)
I was EXTREMELY cautious when breaking the motor in to make sure it was broken in perfectly. So this means you will be getting a built motor without having to go through the hassle of breaking it in knowing it was properly done so.
There is also an Aluminum Moroso Oil Pan on there right now that is as old as the motor which I can add to the cost of you want.
My asking price would be +/- 3500 depending on your mileage or if you want the oil pan etc etc.
This is just testing the waters so yea, let me know.
