Hey Kevin, you still have your L hood?
Ive been wanting to get one to gut out the skeleton, and see if it would be close to 20 lbs. I figure stock is like 38, so gutting out all the reinforcment might make it 20+?
otherwise i will have to shell out $500 for an aluminum one.
Once i got the skeleton out, i would reinforce it with some aluminum strips, maybe shaped like a # sign under the hood...in case a cat decides to jump on it and put a big dent in it.

I still have the stock L hood. It is at my place in Davis. I am going to throw on the stock hood for SFR Divisionals at the end of the month. Don't want to get petitioned by people.
