I think it`s kind of pain to sell the 07 wrx coz the owner is looking get a fair price like about 20k something, but people can get a 04 sti in this price too.

if you were going to sell.. take off those mods. that way you won't lose as much money and your car will be more attractive to buyers.

its hard to sell a modded car. dealers and usual buyers are the same (more mods= more power= a possibly abused car)

unless you know the person or have super legit records to document uprades its a safe bet that the car has seen some track time/ autocross/ road racing.

not too much of a problem with a stock car with stock programming. a modded car comes with an abused stigma because people don't expect super cars to be driven soo casually and not run to their full potential. plus aftermarket programs usually take off safeties like limiters and governors, allowing the driver to really run the car.

good luck. its just the way the general public is. if your confident in the reliability of your car and it looks like its been well-modded (good choice parts) then selling to a friend will probably get you the most cash.

(Don't sell to a dealer! You'll totally get screwed!)
