I need a set of 04/05 STi seats. I will buy them straight up or if anyone needs 07 STI seats and has 04/05's I want to trade my 07 STI seats with less than 700 miles on them.

Ok so let me explain the situation. I traded in my wrx that had recaros for an 07 sti. I then took out my recaros and replaced them with my friends 05 sti seats. I now have the STI and he gave me my recaros and I gave him my 07 seats, except the airbags are not working in his car.
I'm not really sure on the budget, I guess somewhere around $500-600. Not really sure what STi seats go for.

I hit the same problem. My airbags wont work as I have a 06..

hey guys i can't understand which airbags doesn't work (from the wheel and the passenger side)

 

What is going on? I have some 05 STi seats if your looking for some. I need 06-07 seats.

 

Sorry, this is pretty old, I got the issue resolved.

Hannibal - I know the driver side airbags wont work on the driver side but the wheel bag does. Also, the passenger side airbag wont work in an 07 unless you transfer the bladder since it has a weight sensor to turn the passenger airbags on/off.

 

honestly that is the 1st time that i heard that i do have air bag on the side,actually i have sti 04 so ....
